Solutions
ChromaWay built relational blockchain because we believe it is the best way to make blockchain applications which are practical and offer a strong balance between cost and benefit. We work with partners, entrepreneurs and enthusiasts to bring relational blockchain to bear on real problems across a range of industries.
Here are some of those solutions:
Land Administration
Future house sales
The Swedish Land Registry, ChromaWay, Kairos Future and Telia Company investigate Smart Contracts and Blockchain for the process of selling a house. This is also a showcase of our Smart Contracts Technology.
Land registration
ChromaWay has partnered with the government of Andhra Pradesh to build a blockchain-powered system for land registration. The solution has the potential to eliminate fraud and errors, and greatly reduce the administrative burden of land registration and title transfer.
Commercial Real Estate
Rental agreements
Daimler Real Estate is the property holding company of Daimler Group. We worked with them to create a system to streamline the process of assigning and approving rental agreements to each internally leased property. Their holding totals some 800 million euros worth of rent each year, Esplix was able to demonstrate a significant potential for administrative cost reduction, as well as reduced potential for errors and increased transparency within the Group.
Finance
Green Finance
The Green Assets Wallet equips green investors with the technology to better deliver on the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement. In collaboration with Stockholm Green Digital Finance, ChromaWay built a platform for validating green investment claims and reporting on the impact of green projects. By providing trusted verification and validation infrastructure, the Green Assets Wallet unlocks and mobilises huge amounts of private capital for green projects in both developed and emerging markets.
The project is funded and co-developed by the Emerging Markets Dialogue on Finance (EMDF) which is a project of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
Funderbeam
With Funderbeam syndicates, a startup can raise more funds from many international investors without crowding its cap table. Working with just the syndicate lead, founders can escape perpetual fundraising mode, exhausting investor relations, and focus on growing their business.
As an investor, you can invest in startups around the world and trade your investment tokens whenever you wish. ChromaWay created the blockchain backend for Funderbeam, and provide a cloud service and API that the Funderbeam team use.
E-Currency
Cuber
With Cuber, users can transfer euros on the Bitcoin network without being affected by fluctuations in the price of the Bitcoin currency. Cuber is now in a beta. The apps are in the app-stores as "Cuber Wallet" but the Euro-tokens have only been given to selected testers.
We are now together with LHV working on ways to solve the inherent issues with scalable and fast payments, while keeping the openness. We want Cuber to be an open platform for payments and thus open for collaboration with different partners.
E-Krona
Sofitto and ChromaWay partnered to provide a solution to the Riksbanken in Sweden: the e-krona. For some months, the Central Bank of Sweden has become interested in finding a way to build an e-currency to complement cash, creating a safe way to do payments and transfers on the blockchain.
ChromaWay and Sofitto presented SofiWay, a blockchain-based network for immediate settlement of payment directly between individuals with a flexible and extensible architecture to support an ecosystem of applications and integrations.
